The Leaders of the Future Series is a cornerstone of the Executive Forum’s 2026 calendar and one of our most important leadership development initiatives.
Now in its 3rd year, this invitation‑only series of lunches is designed to connect, inspire, and accelerate Ireland’s next generation of senior executives. All attendees are under 30 years of age and are personally nominated by their CEO / Executive Management to participate — reflecting both their potential and the organisation’s investment in their future leadership.
Since its launch, the series has brought together over 750 emerging leaders from over 240 different organisations, offering rare access to some of Ireland’s most respected CEOs and business leaders. Speakers share candid insight, lessons learned, and practical advice to help participants navigate the next stage of their executive career journey. A second guest speaker will be announced shortly.
This event takes place twice per year and is carefully structured to maximise impact:
A fireside interview with two CEO speakers - A closed, facilitated discussion on leadership, ambition, and decision‑making
A 15‑minute open forum where under‑30 leaders engage directly with CEOs
This series is the only leadership forum of its kind in Ireland — providing a trusted environment where future leaders can gain perspective, build confidence, and learn directly from those who have already navigated the path ahead.
Format: In‑person networking lunch & CEO fireside discussion
Audience: Under‑30 executives nominated by their Senior Management
